I'd really like to try to meditate one of these days, mae. I think my biggest problem in life sometimes i have is that my mind wonders everywhere too much i cant concentrate or focus one just one particular thing. I'm getting better now trying recognize and reduce it.

That is a good idea Sang, meditation give a lots of health benefits and calm our mind.
It was very normal for human being to be wonders everywhere nothing wrong with that,but we have to learn how to reduce it . Let thing go is mean we didn't forget it ,but we take some time to do it for another day to think about what we suppose to do and getting done. |
