Women in the new era/centuries

A few months ago when my old boss called a meeting to inform my department that he will be leaving and will be involved in the interviewing process of the new replacement. A few of the ladies in the department said "I hope we have a new MALE boss, because FEMALE boss I had worked with are moody and b*tchy". I spoked up and said "I had worked with both gender bosses. I haven't worked with any bad female bosses."

I hate it when female does that, kill opportunity for other female. I don't expect male and female to be equal in everything as far as role in society, but I want us to have equal opportunity.

It works both ways. Both genders can be bitchy. I deal with that here at work everyday. I can't say some guys are worse than women, because I seen women just as bad.

From my own experience, I don't think one it's better than the other...it's individual. Diffinitely different though. My best boss ever was a woman. My easiest boss ever was a man (he'd let me get away with murder..LOL). The rest are varies according to their personalities.

One thing is a guarantee though. You get 3 women together in a work environment and 100% someones not gonna get along. This you can't convince me otherwise.

I don't disagree with that. Women are complicated...simple thing can turn into major complication at times....good thing I think like a man....hahaha. However, there are men that have women's tendencies....I have a lot to say about that. They can be as bad ad women....LOL
